Don't Just Focus on One Goal
As children we had big goals to be Doctors, Lawyers, Firefighters, famous actor/actress even the President, if you liked drama class. Do we really no what we want as a child? Everything is easy said then done. Those goals as a child were dreams and ambitions. We see things today on Social Media, TV,Internet and real life that make us change our minds all the time about what we want in life. I read something so confound that said ” be very honest about which goals are intentions and which are wishes.” we can wish all year and never see results because we didn’t take action. I bet half of the students that wanted to be Doctors and Lawyer never went to college. It wasn’t because they didn’t have the grades or weren’t smart enough. They had ambition and passion for something else.
So What Am I Saying
You have Goals but if they don’t turn out how you expect them, don’t loose sleep over it
Don’t get caught up in words,say my goal is to lose 25 pounds before my birthday and your birthday is in two weeks. Be logical with yourself. You can lose 25 pound maybe in 2-3 months with exercising and eating healthier. So what happens if you worked out everyday & you changed your eating habit, but you only lose 20lbs.
You’re disappointed
Angry because you followed the meal plan and your were consistent with workouts
You feel that you fail
You deny your ability of achieving anything
Sometimes after putting our body through tremendous change, we Plateau. Plateau is simple a period or state of little or no growth, a stand still. Everybody goes through this. Its okay if you were off 5 pounds from reaching your goal. You just have to change up again eat a little more protein and boost your cardio. Don’t feel bad you can pull yourself out of a rut.

You Finish a challenge. The challenge was to loose weight before your birthday
You start living a healthier lifestyle
you were in better shape than 3 month ago
you felt better about your body
you could sleep at nigh without sleeping meds
your attitude was more claim and collective
If You Don’t Focus on One main Goal, you will see that it was about more than losing the 25pounds Change it around to your benefit. I did a challenge workout about a year ago. Exercises:
Burpees (Full body extension or Modified)
Squats
Push ups ( military or Modified)
Mountain Climbers
Bicycle crunches
Rules of Challenge: Start at 10reps of each exercise. Rest as little as possible, then count down 9…8…7 until at 1 rep for each exercise. This was timed. The 2nd time suppose to beat the 1st time.
I can remember the first time my team did this test, We stopped multiple times. It took 13:05 min to complete. We were out of breath. We never attempt to do the 2nd run, too tired. Recently, I run upon this workout and I took it back to the team and told them we can beat this time. Everyone was game so we did it and our time went down to 8:33 almost no breaks.Even If we didn’t beat the time, we can be proud we finish with little to no breaks.
